Counties & Capital Consulting (C&CC) Ltd is a thriving property, land, and real estate consultancy and interim management firm with a growing staff team and experienced senior associates. Founded in 2020 by Neill Tickle who has over 25 years of senior level construction & property development experience. Neill and team have overseen investments and delivery of hundreds of residential led mixed tenure projects, worth billions of pounds, mainly across London, Midlands, and the Southeast. Neill was a Group Director at a large g15 Housing Association for 17 years building 1,500 homes per annum and is currently the part time COO of a Council Housing Company in East Sussex.

 

C&CC cater to diverse client needs, but our main recent activity has been providing full (inception to completion) Development Management services mainly for councils and Council Housing Companies where we act as their client consultant Development Team. C&CC also undertake land sales, design and specification work, option/viability appraisal, affordable housing sales, tender/ bid writing, business development, grant funding support and interim senior development roles.

We work with, and for, housing associations, private developers, land buyers/traders, investment funds, housebuilders, contractors, and local authorities. This means our grasp of the market fluctuations and nuances are always current and second to none.
